SHIPPING

Orders will almost always ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail and will be charged depending on your mailing zone. Local pickup and delivery ($2.00 charge) are available for select zip codes and will appear as an option for those on the checkout page. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and will, bearing any unforeseen circumstances, be shipped within 3 business days of order receipt.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Since our products are perishable and are unable to be restocked, we are not currently offering refunds on shipped orders. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to ensure your happiness moving forward. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and a full refund issued prior to shipping.

DISCLAIMERS

Viking Soap & Cosmetic, LLC makes no claims regarding medicinal or therapeutic properties of any of our soaps or other cosmetic goods or the ingredients found therein.  Any descriptions regarding supposed properties of the products on this site are for informational purposes only.

If the end-user experiences any skin irritation or other incompatibility with any of our products, use should be immediately discontinued.
